If you have  taken the time to read about the Call Recorder IP, then you already know  some of the possibilities our IP technology allows in a single line  version.  

The IP Quad Call Recorder can obviously  replicate the functions of the single line Call Recorder IP by four  times over. But it is the other, not as obvious factors which make this  box a sure winner.

The  "IP Quad" - A Good Thing Gets Better
The small form factor  simplifies and enhances the usability of having four call recorders in  one.
Simplified and unified  configuration and management of essential settings and options is presented  through the LCD screen and use of four buttons.
Physical factors such as phone line  management and quality issues such as security management can be controlled by  a single person; but any other individual can assume these  responsibilities with little or no prior knowledge. Cross training is quick and easy.
Important options can be configured  globally as well as by individual line.
Audio file format of recordings by  line can be unified or configured individually.
 
The Monitor Function

The Call Recorder IP and  the Quad IP offer the ability to listen live to recordings via the net. This  application is of special interest in training situations and Call Centers.  The monitor function is present in every Call Recorder IP and Quad IP. The RTR  Monitor software is optional PC software available that makes it  possible to connect to the recorder via the LAN and listen live to ongoing  conversations.

250 Call Recorders Automatically  Archived
Using optional CR-IP Archive software for Windows; access, download  conversations and control up to 250 Call Recorders simultaneously using a  simple graphical user interface. The software can even be configured to  load on startup and always be downloading conversations in background  without user intervention.

FTP Access

Since the device is a  complete FTP server, a variety of FTP client software programs can be used  to access and manage the Call Recorder IP Quad from anywhere on your LAN  or the internet.

How Many Hours Did You  Say?

Do you know  how many hours are in a United States Federal work year? 2,040.  OK,  so what does that have to do with recording phone calls?  Compared to  other products, the Call Recorder IP models have way more hours than they  can record. Way more. Really.
